Towed after an accident, I was nervous given the comments but I left the vehicle to be repaired at their place instead of my usual garage since it was approved. The work was neat and the turnaround time unbeatable. Everyone is very friendly. Thank you :)

Avoid this garage at all costs. After having my car towed to this garage for a faulty exhaust, they replaced it. Since then, it has fallen off twice due to parts that weren't replaced.
In short, the mechanic is incompetent and the owner is dishonest, bordering on fraud.

Catastrophic, even bordering on fraud. I broke down nearby, so my insurance took my vehicle to this garage. It took 2 weeks to get a quote, a quote that turned out to be 3 times more expensive than in our usual garage, but we had no choice, we had nothing to repatriate it. We picked up our vehicle, lights appeared on the dashboard and certain functions no longer worked (cruise control, start and stop, etc.). So we brought the car back (we had to make the trip), we needed a diagnosis, they told us it was the battery, ditto, quote 3 times more expensive than elsewhere, so we refused but still charged for the diagnosis via suitcase (around €80.00!!!!) for nothing. We returned to our garage, they told us that it was not the battery at all but a resetting error during the first intervention. No respect and attempted scam on people who know nothing!

The repairman or employee is undiplomatic, impolite, rude, and inefficient. The tone is ironic and the jokes are dirty, and they have no place in this type of establishment. In short, I don't recommend it. The customer service is incompetent, and the staff think they're something they're not. Avoid.

Thanks to the boss and the team, quickly and well repaired, first thing in the morning and in the middle of August, great explanations and advice, the right tire in stock, and a small, tight bill for the road ; )
