A disastrous customer experience from start to finish.
I dropped off my vehicle at the end of April and picked it up at the end of October. I was promised a diagnosis within the week, but instead, I had to wait two months for a simple estimate, despite several unanswered phone calls. The estimate was finally sent at the beginning of July, approved immediately, and it took almost four more months for the repairs to be completed.
No follow-up, no communication, and of course, no goodwill gesture, despite the completely unreasonable delays.
The excuse given: a part was missing from Renault. Fine, that happens, and I can understand that. But that in no way explains the two months it took to estimate the repair, nor the refusal to provide the exact part number, nor the garage's dismissive attitude towards a customer left without information for weeks.
I have never dealt with such slow, disorganized, and dismissive service. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
Avoid if you expect even a modicum of seriousness, respect, or professionalism.

This garage took my distress into account when my car broke down 800 km from home. My vehicle was repaired in 4 days! The service was friendly and attentive, the repair was efficient, and the price was very reasonable.
