The customer service representative was terrible. She gave me an appointment, and when I arrived, she told me, "Find a parking space for your car; I can't get it in right now." I replied, "But you gave me an appointment for 7:30 this morning." She responded rudely, "That's very early. It's not my problem if you have to find a parking space. I'll see you when I can." So I left.

Left rear wheel bearing replaced twice for the same problem.
Significant mechanical noise from 80 km/h onwards after each repair.
A third garage immediately identified the faulty assembly and fixed it.

Absolutely avoid! Invoices unclear (and quotes even less so) and inflated! Car recovered with new technical problems including a serious one (broken rotary switch) + broken headlight! In short, a lot of stress with this garage that I will never set foot in again!

Incredible prices! 400 euros for the 2-year service (oil change + oil filter + air filter). The invoice details are excellent (140 euros for oil, 35 euros for coolant, 40 euros for windshield washer fluid, etc.). The full package! Ask for a quote!

This garage saved my BX twice in a row, transmission to be redone, broken clutch, Few garages agree to take this kind of very old car with a hydraulic system that is not always easy to manage. Contrary to what many believe, the prices charged by this garage are classic. But whatever the garages the prices are what they are and I found that other garages that I will not name were much higher than this one. In addition, the repairs carried out are very well done. I highly recommend this garage.
