Passing through the Ain region with the "tire pressure" warning light on my Peugeot having just come on, I stopped at this garage. I received a very warm welcome and was taken care of immediately. The person I spoke with was both friendly and professional. Nothing but positive experiences.

I just went to Marinelli this afternoon to ask for a quote for changing the timing belt on a 407 V6 HDI. I was turned down like shit and I know what I mean because the workshop manager doesn't want to bother with this model. He doesn't have the necessary equipment, which is strange for a Peugeot garage with the sign on the roof. So, as I have a Sainte Aurore that people take for an idiot, I'm going to check it out with Peugeot's DCZ France, knowing that other Peugeot garages don't have any problems doing this work.

If you want to find and buy a car at Peugeot in Meximieux, you're wasting your time. There's no salesperson on site, you agree to leave your phone number so they can call you back, but no one contacts you. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time was three years ago, and I had to find my 208 elsewhere. So I'm going to do the same thing again.

An early morning welcome (before opening time to help me out) with a smile; perfect service with my insurance claim processed in advance, a courtesy car provided, and even a smile and helpful advice when I picked up my car late, outside of standard hours...

Very bad experience. A big rip-off. I dropped off my car for a gearbox problem on a Monday (the car wasn't running so I towed it there). I was going away for a week so I trusted them to diagnose my vehicle. I regularly sent a colleague to come by the garage and my car didn't move. So I came back on Friday, no work or research was done which is unacceptable. The car was checked once on Monday and since then nothing has happened due to "LACK OF TIME". However, when you make an appointment you are supposed to take care of the car in question and not say that there is a lack of time (1 week I think is enough time to at least get an opinion). I explained it to the manager on site and told myself that his technician was going on vacation the following week. I decided to pick up my car on Wednesday of the week the technician was not supposed to be there and as if by magic, he himself helped me push the car outside. I don't recommend this Peugeot dealership. They're not professional at all, they never call to check things out, they lie, and they make appointments only to have the cars sit in the parking lot.
All that's missing is for them to charge me for the "little suitcase service" on Monday without any response, and that would have been the icing on the cake.
Furthermore, the person raises their voice and speaks down over the phone, but once they arrive, they change their tune because they know they were in the wrong.
