A unique experience, top-notch customer service combining kindness and professionalism, yet everything was done remotely by phone and online.
This is the first time I've purchased an electric vehicle (almost new) under these conditions.
A big thank you also to the carrier SALEL who delivered the vehicle to my home and took back the old one. A very friendly driver too.
In short, a wonderful automotive adventure.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at DG Automobiles. Not only are their prices very competitive, but the welcome is exceptional. Coffee is available, and even a desk to work in during maintenance, something I've never seen before! The reception staff demonstrates a sense of service and customer relations that goes well beyond the simple concepts learned in training: they truly live this policy! It's extremely pleasant and I highly recommend this garage.

I go to them for servicing, even tires and battery, but every time they manage to disappoint me. Last time I waited a week for a quote and for three days I've been waiting for the new discounted quote. Despite my calls, they tell me they'll send it right away. I've been waiting for three days. Next time I'll change dealers for my servicing.
