Disappointment and lack of professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this Peugeot dealership. Following my father's death, I requested an appraisal of his vehicle, a process that requires seriousness and commitment. Unfortunately, despite their promises, I received no concrete answers. The commitments made were not honored, leaving an impression of negligence and a lack of professionalism. Such an attitude is unacceptable, especially in such sensitive circumstances. Avoid them if you are looking for reliable and respectful service!

And because I had to give a star and I had no choice...!!! I came in over a month ago because of a noise coming from the belt near the engine, along with the engine oil light. I got a bill for over €750, including replacing the EGR valve and the accessory belt. I'm back today because the noise is still there!!! They called me back and said it was the alternator that was faulty. Except they're asking me to pay an extra €450! When I asked the mechanic for an explanation, he told me they'd start with the accessory belt, but without knowing... so he just did it his own way, incompetent, no apologies or warranty offered for this mistake... he doesn't take responsibility. This garage lacks professionalism, quality, and competence in its work. And what can I say about the owner... a salesman. He's only interested in the numbers. Avoid at all costs. I won't be recommending them, and yet I live nearby!!! Very disappointed. My father always told me not to go to dealerships, that they were thieves. Well, it's not just a belief.

A practical and accommodating mechanic.
He even helped me salvage a faulty retractable roof on my 207cc, whereas elsewhere I'd been told the part to repair it was either impossible to find or cost as much as the car itself...
