I had an excellent experience with the Peugeot garage in Miramas. After a breakdown in Malaga, my Peugeot 508 was returned there, and I received a very warm welcome. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming, the workshop manager was very kind in looking for solutions to reduce my costs, and the mechanic was very professional and efficient. I am really very satisfied with the quality of the service. A big thank you to the whole team!

I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with the garage regarding the vehicle registration process. I paid €340 for this service, but they are now claiming that I never paid this amount, which is completely false and unacceptable.
This situation resembles an attempted scam, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism.

I contacted this dealership regarding a recall campaign concerning my vehicle. Unfortunately, the telephone reception was very disappointing. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was particularly arrogant, with a condescending tone, as if she knew everything better than everyone else. She talked to me about diagnostics and warranty, when it was clearly a recall campaign entirely handled by Peugeot - at no cost to the customer. Bordering on the unbearable, she gave the impression above all of wanting to have the last word, even without the correct information. Before playing the person who knows everything, it would be good to be at least a little informed about the work we do. This lack of professionalism and precise information is truly regrettable. When you call a dealership, you expect to be well informed, not to have to correct the person at the reception.

Very unhappy with this garage. My vehicle was immobilized for several weeks for a so-called engine change at an exorbitant price, when all it needed was a belt replacement. To top it all off, I was charged €125 for a barely completed diagnostic, and my car was returned to me in a completely dirty state. Disgusting...

Following the gearbox failure of my 2008 hybrid, the repair took over a month.
The day I picked it up, the bodywork was very dirty with grease marks on the hood.
I pointed this out to the receptionist, who replied peremptorily that they didn't have a cleaning roller.
Arriving in Draguignan, I went to the Peugeot dealership, which sold me the vehicle six months ago.
I was met by the HR department, who immediately had the 2008 cleaned.
No comment.
I would like to thank Peugeot France, which kindly provided me with a rental vehicle.
