A huge thank you to the entire team at this garage who came to our rescue Friday evening when we arrived with our campervan leaking diesel. They agreed to repair it immediately. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the Christmas markets and return to Isère where we live. I highly recommend them for their dedication and professionalism. This garage is absolutely to be avoided.
I dropped off a brand new 2023 vehicle at 16,000 km (worth 67,000 km) for a simple oil change. The mechanic thought it would be a good idea to drill holes in the lower engine cover. When I asked him why, he said, "Otherwise, you have to remove all the screws." Since then, a bug got into the engine and cut several electrical wires. I had to take it back in for repairs, but they must have done a bad job. It's been two years now, nothing but problems with the vehicle.
I had to replace the engine cover, of course. I'm not thanking you, and I wish you the same for yourself.

A huge thank you for replacing the tires on my BMW and also for lending me a vehicle. Everything was done in a friendly atmosphere, and as Mr. Wurtz said, I was very lucky to have met Mrs. Wurtz 😉!
