I came here as a tourist with my Citroen Jumper, with a reoccuring engine light I wanted a diagnostic and suggested to replace the lambda sensor.
They booked me in for a diagnostic the next week which was the soonest out of the places I found, and said they would send me a quote for replacing the lambda.
They never sent the quote. When I asked them about it they said ”We don’t work like that, you’ll have to do the diagnostic and then see.”
Then they said I should expect to leave my van there for multiple days. Why would I leave it for multiple days for a 84 euro diagnostic? They suggested to postpone it another week but after some back and forth they did it on the Friday.
They did not give me an official diagnostic report but just told me it was really bad and they need to replace the whole exhaust line, around 3000 euros he said. They were gonna send me a quote that never came.
On Monday I went back to ask for the quote. ”Tomorrow” they said. I tried to get more information about the problems they found. Very limited information was given and some pictures. Then a picture of the parts they wanted to order, 4400 euros..
I ended up going somewhere else, who looked at the pictures and information Peretti had given. And offered me to fix the broken parts, instead of replacing the whole line, for 170 euros. Now, maybe the exhaust line needs to be replaced in the longterm but their way of working, and consistently pushing deadlines and changing prices, are enough for me to write this review.
Be careful where you go as a tourist.☺️

I called on a Monday to get a quote for a Volvo (cylinder boot).
I called back on Friday of the same week and still no quote, and they promised to do it the same day. But no quote.
I called back on Tuesday of the following week and still no quote....
In the end, they told me they couldn't find the part....
I mainly think you took me for an idiot and that the repair isn't making you enough money.
Lying is a bad thing...
Because I went to another mechanic (not a Volvo) at 2:00 PM and at 2:30 PM, I got a quote.
This other mechanic picked up my vehicle the next day at 8:30 AM and returned it to me late in the morning.
I repeat: you took me for an idiot.
Don't go there...👎

Excellent garage! I came in for my Nissan Juke and was greeted with great kindness. The whole team is caring, attentive, and very professional. The service is quick and high-quality, with clear and reassuring explanations. The prices are transparent and honest, which is really appreciated. I highly recommend them; it's rare to find such a reliable and friendly garage.

I've been to this garage several times (for maintenance and repairs) and everything has gone perfectly every time.
The receptionist is very kind and professional, the mechanics did their job perfectly, and the manager very kindly took the time to explain the problem with my vehicle.
I recommend them without hesitation.
Edit: Comment modified for some unknown reason, so I'll take this opportunity to update it.
I continue to have my two vehicles serviced at this garage; I've never had any problems. Recently, I even changed vehicles and bought a C4 Picasso from them, which works perfectly.
