I discovered this garage last year when I owned a car with a steering wheel, and I was able to confirm the truth of its excellent reputation! So I took my oldest vehicle there (a trade-in since I no longer drive) for a simple repair, but one that was handled without any difficulties or complications... 😊

I noticed several flaws with this garage: - They assure you they only repair this brand of vehicle. - They call you the next day to tell you they ordered the part without sending you a quote. - The price of the part quoted over the phone is not the one listed on the invoice received the day after payment. - The cost of the diagnostic (electronic diagnostics) was €170! - Total cost €375 to replace the battery, the amount on the invoice being €137.42. - Payment only by credit card, check bounced without first receiving a quote. - The next day the problem was still there, I called back and they told me to come back. - A new diagnostic, which lasted 5 minutes, told me they had found a defective sensor they hadn't initially noticed. They offered to replace the part and an hour of electronic re-configuration for an approximate estimate of €300. - As soon as I ask a few questions about the fact that the initial work didn't resolve the problem, they "kindly" refer me to the brand's dealership! €375 for NOTHING! NB: After my "well-directed" visit, the brand's dealership tells me: "They made a diagnostic error." It's not the battery!

The garage had been servicing my vehicles for several years. Beware of invoices that don't match the initial estimate. Until now, we've accepted the extra charges for windshield washer fluid, oil, coolant, etc., without saying a word because we were happy with Mr. Thirard. Recently, they're again ignoring the estimate we signed (pollen filter, excess oil for a simple oil change, windshield washer fluid, etc.), even though I insisted this time that the details and price of the estimate be respected. High-pressure sales tactics! The manager admits her mistake, but as soon as we disagree, she becomes condescending and dismisses us. We won't be going back.
