Very bad experience at the André et Fils garage. The owner left us waiting for over 30 minutes while he was on the phone, without even apologizing. When he finally deigned to come see us, he refused to offer any solution for my car, as if the problem didn't concern him. No consideration for customers; you can tell he doesn't care at all. I absolutely do not recommend this garage.

They're nothing but trouble, demanding 36,000 pieces of evidence for the simplest inspection. The owner is extremely unpleasant; he wouldn't even replace the rearview mirror housing. Completely unprofessional, and dishonest about their prices... Avoid them at all costs! You'll waste your time and money! Especially since it's for a vehicle inspection! They couldn't care less! They're absolutely useless! Terrible! Utterly useless!

RUN AWAY!!! I called the garage asking if I could bring in my car, the same make, because it had broken down. After taking all the necessary information, the receptionist told me there was no problem. I had my car towed, the person arrived, and they REFUSED the vehicle, supposedly because they weren't customers. So I had to find another garage and pay for two tows. It's SHAMEFUL. Do they have the right to refuse my vehicle?

Following up on your message of November 9, 2019, I would like to reply. It's strange, but this is the first time I've received a written response from you. Is it the influence of social media that's prompting you to react now? The reason I didn't bring the vehicle to you is that the photos speak for themselves, and I don't have time to waste dealing with dishonest people (the garage is far from my home). Regarding the amount of the requested refund, it simply corresponds to the price charged (parts + labor + recycling). Do I need to teach you how to read your invoices?
