I made an appointment on July 3rd to replace the faulty airbag. The initial welcome was good, and the staff were very friendly.
The problem lies with their routine checks...
According to Citroën, everything is fine, nothing needs to be done to the car.
I didn't say anything at the time, but I found it amusing because I had an appointment with Feu Vert an hour later to replace the two front tires, which were bald, and the rear brake pads, which were defective.
I hope for my own life that they didn't lie about the airbag too.

Airbag recall campaign, quick appointment booking, friendly reception staff, but the mechanic was a bit of a liar... when I returned the vehicle, he told me he had topped up the levels and checked my bulbs (one was faulty) but according to him everything was ok!... after checking, nothing had been topped up and the windshield washer reservoir was dry. Luckily I don't do my maintenance there!

I've been receiving messages that aren't meant for me for a week. I report them, I receive more, I report them again... I receive another one, I call and they tell me it's OK and changed... 1 hour later another one so I call back to say it didn't work and I get a bad answer. I think it's not my fault if the number taken is not the right one.
