A reputable and honest garage. Yes, they do exist! They used the warranty for a part supposedly replaced 4 months ago by another mechanic, the said part having caused a breakdown on the motorway.

Étant tombé en panne lors de nos vacances, R.P Automobiles a bien voulu prendre en charge notre véhicule alors qu'un grand garage Renault le refusait. Tout s'est passé au téléphone car nous étions rentrés à notre domicile à 400 km.

Beware, this garage is performing unnecessary maintenance… My oil change was done in April, and they're doing another one in December, six months later. The previous oil change wasn't done at their garage, so they have no way of technically verifying whether the oil change is still needed or not… They didn't check the oil level or the color… This is a case of forced selling and, in my opinion, a lack of honesty. I'm forced to contact a consumer protection organization to find a solution because there's no way to make myself understood… They practically yell at me because I didn't have the oil change done at their garage in April, so it's the customer's fault if I didn't tell them it had already been done…
