I didn't want to get into a pointless debate, but following your aggressive response to my review—aggression that mirrors the way I was treated at this garage—I'll elaborate on my point. I'll disregard the reception and what I considered an alarmist speech designed to pressure me into selling my car, which I had only brought in for a simple diagnostic check. I'll just say this: I was told at this garage that I needed to replace my front brake pads, even though they were practically new when checked. So I ordered brake pads for nothing, and I had to return them at my own expense.

Far from my final destination, the PROT garage promptly repaired my vehicle (the warning light was on) so I could continue my journey. The service and the repair were truly excellent. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism and friendly approach. Thank you for not leaving me in what could have become a real ordeal. Best of luck to them.

Cliente depuis environ 12 ans, je suis toujours aussi satifaite, que ce soit pour changer de voiture ou pour les entretiens réguliers ou des "imprévus".
Je suis leurs conseils "les yeux fermés".
Accueil très agréable, autant par Marine et Romain PROT que par leurs techniciens.
