We have done business here and they are really awesome. On this day however we were positioned here to watch Stage 12 of The Tour de France.

I used to sell cars so am aware what salesmen will try to do. I never did it myself. I listened to what customers wanted, then did what I could to fulfil their desires. I went into Renault looking for a particular model of car at a particular price. I was instead shown the details of the same type of car, but with lots of extras making it several thousand euros more expensive. The car that I was looking for was the one that Renault was advertising on their publicity. The salesman kept pushing the model that he wanted to sell. I left and bought another car elsewhere. The customer is always right.

Avoid at all costs. The car had an engine warning light on before we bought it, and they told us it was a sensor that needed replacing. They replaced the sensor, but the engine warning light was still on. They kept the car, replaced other sensors, and the engine warning light went off again. Great, we picked up the car, and 15 days later the engine warning light came back on. Edenauto Monflanquin and Marmande offered absolutely no serious support. We were forced to go to the manufacturer and pay upfront. Thanks, Edenauto Monflanquin, for selling us a piece of junk. You must be so glad you got rid of it.

Several problems appeared the day after I bought the car, the most serious being a loss of coolant. I also noticed vibrations between 90 and 125 km/h. After contacting the dealership, they advised me to go to a Renault dealership near my home. They identified a leak coming from the water pump, even though the timing belt kit had been replaced during the pre-sale service. As for the vibrations, they were due to improper tire balancing, done when the tires were changed, which was also done for the service. Fortunately, the dealership that sold the car covered the cost of the repairs, which justifies the two-star rating. In addition to these major problems, I noticed minor defects such as the front left parking light not working properly and mold on the rear seatbelts. For a car in this price range, that's unacceptable.
