Avoid this dealership at all costs!! The body shop reception is terrible. We had an appointment scheduled for Monday morning, confirmed by text message, but they told us it was actually scheduled for Tuesday... We left the car there for a door replacement due to corrosion issues known to Citroën. We picked up the vehicle Wednesday evening, having received a text message at 10:45 am telling us to pick it up at 10:20 am... Something's not right here. In the end, the door wasn't replaced, the work was shoddy, just a superficial paint job. The body shop receptionist complained about her staff Monday morning and defended them Wednesday evening despite their incompetence... Someone who was supposedly self-employed!!!! We know why she quit... In short, avoid this dealership; the staff is incompetent from start to finish.

Je téléphone dans la semaine pour changer mon véhicule, vu que c’est les portes ouvertes. Le commercial me demande l’immatriculation de ma voiture pour qu’il puisse voir le solde restant de mon prêt, il me font faire 50 km aller-retour pour me dire non on ne reprend pas votre voiture, vraiment garage nul Même pas foutu de vous passer un coup de fil pour vous dire, ne venez pas spécialement au garage si vous avez rien d’autres à faire en vous prend pas le véhicule, j’ai déconseille complet. pour ma part, j’irai chez Citroen à Dax
