Great garage! On our way to our holiday we ended up here due to cartrouble on a friday late afternoon. All of the staff cared about our situation and helped where they could. They even stayed after hours to make sure we could get on the road again. Simply a perfect place! Nice people, great communication and maximum flexibility. This garage saved our holiday!

Worse garage ever to bring a broken car. The car would then stay there untouched for weeks. No one cares and no one knows anything when you call for an update.

Welcome to a crook's garage! I broke down on the highway, turbocharger shot, so far so good. I received a quote (after 10 days) for €4,000 including parts and labor to replace the turbo. I checked on Oscaro and found it for around €800, but here they were quoting me €3,300... Anyway, I decided not to go through him and came to pick up my car with a flatbed trailer, just two days after receiving the quote. And then, for no reason at all, they asked me for €40 in storage fees (€20/day)... While legally, storage fees can only be applied once repairs have been done and you take too long to pick up your car... And this must be stated somewhere... And the best part is that I dropped my car off at the mechanic in my village and asked him for a quote for the turbo. Surprise! €1200 parts + labor! So this crook's business plan is very simple. He's responsible for roadside assistance on a section of the highway and takes advantage of this to charge exorbitant prices and storage fees. A clever and profitable scheme. Tough luck for the driver who breaks down on the A39!

I'm very disappointed with the Renault dealership in Mont-sous-Vaudrey. After getting two flat tires in November due to faulty valves, I had previously received quick roadside assistance. Today, I went back with my set of rims and summer tires to have them fitted, and they simply refused to help me, claiming I didn't have an appointment. I realize I'm not the only one dealing with their service and that there are constraints, but I was really stuck: my flat tire was already preventing me from driving, and putting on my summer tires was the quickest solution to help me. Despite this, they left me outside with a completely flat tire, without any solution. It's truly regrettable and unacceptable to leave a customer in such a situation, especially for a service that only takes a few minutes. I felt that, since it wasn't "profitable" enough, they preferred to leave me to fend for myself. Thankfully, the other garage in Mont-sous-Vaudrey was impeccable: immediately available, kind, understanding, and genuinely humane. Changing my two rear tires took them exactly 8 minutes. That's where I'll go from now on. I know appointments are supposed to be kept, but leaving a customer stranded and without any help when the job was quick and simple is simply unacceptable.

Unfriendly, the bills are awful, Kevin, one of the employees, is great, but the boss is a nightmare. So now I'm a solo mechanic and I've taken some of their customers away. Yes, yes, just because of your mood! So I'm taking all this seriously, with my 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Too bad for this gentleman; it doesn't take much to be serious, but it's not in his nature. So Antony, I thank you for your incompetence; it keeps serious people employed. If you want, one day when you're more pleasant, I'll send you people, like I often do. If you still don't understand, I'll train you to be a good teacher.
