Very poor communication with the office. I went there for my car which has a problem with the famous airbag. I was told it was not possible (without any explanation), that I had to go to DS only, I tried to explain myself politely, they cut me off. (ps: I went to a Citroën who will take care of it) I see in the comments that you no longer repair Citroën cars, I understand but why not explain it in a pleasant way?
Smiling and communication are part of the job.

Excellent garage, friendly, understanding, and efficient team. The loaner vehicle was immaculate. The work was top-notch, I highly recommend them!

Garage to avoid. Charged my car because of the 60th battery so it was to change the Airbag. Knowing that Citroën recommended not driving with it. You have to be consistent. My car couldn't be driven for 1 month. Appointment made for this Thursday. They tell me that my car will be ready in the middle of the day and in the end they tell me it couldn't be done today. The (unforeseen) excuse. Ready the next day. I do not recommend this garage at all

Very poor reception, we arrived with an engine warning light on and were sent to the next garage even though we have a Citroën vehicle.

Our vehicle refused to start, so we called Citroën roadside assistance, who recommended the GALLAIS garage. Arriving late morning, the team agreed to diagnose the problem early in the afternoon. The result: no more AdBlue, so the engine wouldn't start. The warning light that should have alerted us didn't illuminate. After refilling the AdBlue and clearing the fault code, we were able to leave around 4:00 PM.
For your information, our vehicle had been serviced at a Citroën dealership in the Manche region two days prior...
