J'ai pris rendez vous via leur site internet. J'ai recu une confirmation par mail. Le jour J, alors que je me suis organisee pour amener le vehicule et qu'une amie vienne me chercher, la personne de l'accueil m'a dit que je n'avais pas rendez vous, qu'ils n'etaient pas connecté au systeme de prise de rdv. Comment se fait il alors que lon recoive une confirmation ? Meme pas un mot d'excuse, juste "vous n'etes pas la 1ere". J'ai vu le Directeur, zero empathie non plus "on l'a deja fait remonté".

Very warm welcome at the Citroën Sapiac dealership. The staff are friendly, attentive and very professional. My car was repaired quickly and the work is impeccable. Thank you to the whole team for their efficiency and kindness.

I brought my C4 electric in for its 25,000 km service. I received a very warm welcome (from the very first phone call for the appointment). I was greeted by a very friendly, attentive, and pleasant gentleman... Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable, too. They took the opportunity to unclog a windshield washer nozzle, without overcharging. The rest of the staff is also pleasant and cheerful.
In short, the complete opposite of the very bad experience at the large Citroën dealership in the northern region.
My advice: if you have a Citroën to take to a garage for a service or repair, or if you're looking to buy one, go to SAPIAC!

Are you looking for a competent Citroën garage with good advice and a very warm welcome?! Go there!!
Explanation: I owned a DS3 that was being recalled for its airbags, and naturally I turned to the large Citroën dealership Midi-Auto. Having been treated like an idiot, I went to this "small" garage and was greeted by a very friendly bearded gentleman who seemed to be the manager. He immediately tried to find a solution for me and REALLY took care of my car, unlike Midi-Auto... He kept his promise; the given date was respected, as was my vehicle.
So frankly, don't go to Midi-Auto, but rather to this garage, which deserves so much more than them.
If I have the opportunity to take my car back to them, I would!
(PS: I'm the young guy from the Peugeot 2008 and the 207 1.4 VTI who came by this week.)
