Excellent customer service and professionalism.
After having the timing belt kit replaced on our little Dacia at a well-known chain garage, it suddenly started making belt noises. The garage in question investigated, then charged us for another repair, but they never managed to stop the persistent whistling, which only worsened. It dragged on for a year and a half without any explanation being found... Martinez Garage found the source of the problem in less than half an hour and repaired it the same day! They are very competent. And I haven't even mentioned the service, which was perfectly pleasant both on the phone and in person.
