I came to pick up my car. The garage supposedly opens at 8:00 AM, but we waited until 9:10 AM and no one was there. Despite a very friendly receptionist on the phone the previous days, please make sure to post the correct opening hours.
Despite this, the repairs were done quickly, and the car was returned very clean. The employees were friendly, attentive, and offered good advice.

On the merits: the maintenance was properly performed (except for the battery in my card sticking out, what else didn't I see?)
On the form: maintenance was handled by my company and/or the rental company. The mechanic wanted me to pay on the spot (€1,200) and didn't want me to keep the loaner vehicle until the next morning while I sorted things out with the rental company and/or my company. He even offered me the option of selling my Renault vehicle and buying a Jaguar in the future...

While passing through Montbard, an orange engine light came on. I wanted advice before continuing my journey (400 km). The workshop manager treated me with contempt. He clearly wasn't interested in me. He offered me an appointment the following week. Three mechanics were chatting in front of a screen. No one listened. Contempt for the customer. I went to Norauto, who made the effort to perform a diagnostic between two scheduled customers. This allowed me to resume my journey an hour and a half later.
Run away from this Renault dealership; they don't respect their customers.

I often get my car serviced there, and they're quite reliable when there are any problems. This is the second car I've bought from them. The only downside is that there's absolutely no room for negotiation... I did manage to get the registration certificate for free, but it was difficult...

After an intervention at the SOCA Renault garage in Montbard, my partner noticed a mounting defect on her vehicle, resulting in unscheduled repairs in Normandy after more than 600 km traveled. This situation not only resulted in additional costs, but also called into question the quality of the service provided. I strongly advise against this garage!
