New customer with an expert maintenance contract, coming from the Feu Vert center in Andelnans (a disaster!), no problems at all, great welcome, mechanics who are truly skilled. They understood the issue with my vehicle, which was supposedly running in good condition after the damage done to it in Andelnans. I highly, highly recommend them! Go for it without hesitation! 😀

I had a problem in the past that was ultimately handled well by the manager (I don't know if it's the same one now). This time I thought, "It's okay, the past is the past," anyway... this time I ordered tires online. The first time, I made a mistake with the tire sizes, I called them and they were able to modify my order. Up until then, everything was perfect.
Two days before the appointment, I got a call saying that the tires of the brand I wanted weren't available, so they offered me another brand. I said okay, and they rescheduled my appointment for Friday... and then on Friday morning, I got a call saying there had been a problem with the order and that the tires hadn't arrived. They would arrive a week later... I canceled the appointment, and in the end, I should have refrained from booking an appointment at this center in the first place. Their logistics or organization need to be reviewed... Disappointing.
