A modest, reliable, and helpful garage that takes its customers' concerns into account.
On October 6th, around 11 a.m., while driving from Limoges on a long trip, the dashboard of my Peugeot 3008 lit up: engine problem!
I stopped at this garage and tried to find out what was going on.
Immediately, someone (the owner?) took the "suitcase," ran a diagnostic test, reset what needed to be reset (it was probably a bug), and I was off again a quarter of an hour later.
The rest of the trip went smoothly.
Exactly the kind of service you should expect everywhere (and yet it's so rare!)

Avis plutôt mitigé sur mes expériences avec ce garage. Tout d'abord très content pour des travaux de carrosserie. Travail sérieux, respect des délais et prise en compte de mes commentaires.
En revanche pour la mécanique, je ne pense pas confier à nouveau mon véhicule. Les diagnostics ne semblent pas approfondis, les explications peu claires et en plus on entend des blagues sur son nom quand on vient récupérer la voiture. Cela ne correspond pas au professionnalisme que l'on est en droit d'attendre quand on fait appel à un garage et paie une prestation.

I came back with my vehicle repaired by another garage, for much less than what this garage had charged me. Here, it was impossible to argue: they went out of their way to defend their version without listening to the customer. Exorbitant bill, attempted overcharging, and no politeness. Avoid this garage. Read the other reviews carefully: several customers share the same experience.

Appointment for a vehicle inspection. The manager and the inspector were very welcoming. The only downside was the date of the inspection, likely due to the building fire.
After the work was done on my vehicle, the job was excellent, the service very friendly, and I appreciated the loaner vehicle during the repairs.

Very helpful and friendly. Even though our car couldn't be repaired right away, they did everything they could to help us. Thanks for the 10-liter canister of water... that's how we finally got home safely. Best regards
