Customers for many years, very satisfied at first, but then the prices just kept going up, becoming significantly higher than the competition, with unsolicited replacements that made the bill climb even faster. It's clear that blind trust is well rewarded...!
Unfriendly to boot, I do not recommend them.
PS: Reading the latest comments, that's exactly how I feel; there's clearly been a decline lately, which is a shame!

Very disappointed with this garage where we regularly had our car serviced.
After a flat tire, we arrived shortly before closing time, so we left our car for repair the next day. I picked up my car and was presented with a bill for 45 euros for the repair with a plug. The receptionist, very unpleasant and bitter as always, told me that these are their standard prices. This is the third flat tire I've had in six months (a run of bad luck!), so I can compare it to my two previous flats: 15 euros at an auto center and then 20 euros at another Renault garage! Hence my astonishment.
They told us that we arrived late in the day and that they had helped us out (yes, that's the nature of a flat tire, it doesn't give any warning)... other garages also helped us out, at a lower cost, and yet we weren't regular customers there, unlike in Montbonnot!! Loyalty pays off! We already had a surprise bill from them a few months ago, but we let it go... We went in for a quick service call and left with a bill for over 800 euros because they did additional work, without even calling to get our approval. We only found out about it when it came time to pay! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Anyway, they told us that if we weren't happy, we shouldn't come back... Yes, we won't be back, and we're making that clear. It's not our usual practice to complain or leave reviews, but this isn't right.

I booked an appointment online for a service with a quote of €379.
After dropping off my car, the garage lent me an old, worn-out vehicle, and when I picked up my car, I was presented with a bill for €448. When I expressed my surprise, the receptionist told me that's just how it is, it's non-negotiable, and that the bill had already been issued and she couldn't change it! I should have shown her the quote that morning! But anyway, she doesn't offer that service.
This dishonest employee, probably the owner's wife to talk to me like that, was very unpleasant and told me that the best thing to do was to go back to a dealership with my online quotes! She said she doesn't need customers like me anyway, and that the garage has been in business for 20 years without me. She even advised me to leave a review online if I wasn't happy; which I did.
Furthermore, after my service, I noticed under the car that the engine under-tray is secured with a Phillips head screw instead of the original, faulty fastener. I received no information about this problem.
IN SUMMARY: The person at the counter was grumpy and dishonest, and the mechanics provided no relevant information about this dubious repair. This garage should be avoided; they clearly disregard their customers.
