I broke down on the motorway near Orange Sud. Once the car was towed, the garage recommended by my insurance company told me they couldn't diagnose the problem for seven days, and the same was true for another garage. Being towed 350 km away without a diagnosis wasn't appealing. I managed to drive a few dozen kilometers on secondary roads, and by chance, I found this garage, having reached my limit. Admittedly, the initial welcome was a bit gruff, but the diagnosis was completed after a 1.5-hour wait, and my car was repaired immediately. The manager even went to Montélimar to get some parts. Superb efficiency. Thank you!

Wrecked vehicle dropped off by my association in June 2023 and, to this day, it is impossible to know where this vehicle is. Email, phone, nothing works, they are playing dead. RUN AWAY

Disappointment: despite a large bill, my vehicle didn't pass the MOT!!! ;-(
Furthermore, they're very reluctant to take care of you if it breaks down.
They send you home, if you don't insist, with a dangerous vehicle!! You have to make an appointment even if you end up on the edge of a ditch!! What contempt!!

Ouch, ouch, ouch....
I'm a customer of theirs, but this is the last time I'll ever set foot there. Today at 5 p.m....
I came in for a 308 mirror and a small dent on the door. I asked to see the body shop (he's not there, he's coming). Okay, I'll wait!
Outside, three mechanics with their cell phones... the lady at the reception desk doesn't think to ask them to go and see and then report it to the body shop.
At the same time, I have the feeling I shouldn't rush her too much!!
After waiting 30 minutes, . Thank you, have a good evening, I said to her... she looked at me and said (oh, but you're leaving) yes, ma'am, I'm going elsewhere! No reaction from her, unbelievable....
