My vehicle was taken in under an hour, and a loaner car was available with a full tank of gas. (I'll obviously do this again before returning it.)
The next day my car was ready; the garage handled everything (including a recall campaign that the manufacturer hadn't even informed me about).
I will be a loyal customer for my vehicles from now on, and I highly recommend them.
These independent dealerships have a bright future ahead of them; the manufacturer should support them more. Because while the big dealerships (I'm not putting all of them in the same category, of course) are driving customers away, these independent dealerships are fighting to attract new ones!

The loaner vehicle was in a deplorable state, with dirt everywhere, dirty seats, and a bad smell... I didn't even know where to put my things.
The staff's response was that they didn't have time to clean loaner vehicles. No excuses...
How can I trust the work done on the vehicles when I see such a lack of professionalism?
