This garage is a top-notch car salesperson, respecting deadlines, leaving the vehicle ready to go, clean, etc. I highly recommend this garage and its employees. A terrible experience with this garage.
I had made an appointment to view a car and, trusting them completely, booked my train ticket for €130.
An hour later, a saleswoman named Sophie sent me a message to tell me the car had been sold after all. Absolutely no consideration for the customer, no promises kept, no respect whatsoever.
This behavior is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. They make people travel, incur expenses, and then cancel without a second thought.
I truly felt like I'd been ripped off.
I strongly advise against using this garage. Be very careful before trusting them.

I was looking for a used vehicle that met my needs and budget. The salesperson took the time to listen to me and recommended a suitable model (Renault Arkana). After a successful test drive, I decided to finalize the purchase. Everything was done quickly and in very good conditions. The team was available, gave good advice, was friendly and accommodating. A very reputable garage. We dealt with Mathieu, who was very professional, for the sale of our black Scenic with the Bose sound system. There were no surprises; the vehicle was exactly as advertised. He was a very pleasant person, and for the delivery, we dealt with Léa, who was also very professional and pleasant.
I highly recommend this garage. I will definitely return if I need a new vehicle.
