I strongly advise against this garage.
My car, registered in Belgium, broke down in France. As part of the insurance coverage, my vehicle was sent to this garage, which I didn't choose myself. The garage agreed to take it in and assured me it would be repaired within 48 hours.
However, during my visit, the lady was very condescending in her words. She gave the impression of a lack of interest and an unwillingness to take care of the file, particularly because of the paperwork between France and Belgium.
For this type of file, the process should be quick and efficient, but everything took an extremely long time.
When we arrived on site, we immediately noticed a lack of organization: there were too many vehicles piled up, which clearly reflects poor file management.
Ultimately, my car wasn't repaired on site and had to be repatriated to Belgium, where my usual garage was able to repair it.
I had left the vehicle's papers with this French garage. When they were repatriated, they weren't returned to me. A relative had to go to the garage to claim them. At first, the garage claimed they didn't have them, but then found them among other documents.

Top-notch garage with perfect service. The owner and staff are attentive and efficient. The owner even took the time to drop us off at a nearby family home when our car broke down due to engine failure. We needed to get back to Paris quickly, and they did everything they could to get our car back as quickly as possible. Impeccable! Such kindness and professionalism are rare.

RUN AWAY!!!! 1 star because you can't give less. Mr. Carluy is clearly taking advantage of the vulnerability of elderly people. 207 registered for a faulty odometer and which he kept for about 4 months!!! During this time, he doesn't give any news of the "progress" of the repairs, keeps lulling the owners with false excuses and even refuses to return the car in its original condition. The situation was resolved as soon as legal protection took over. Scammer or incompetent??!!!
