I've taken my car to this garage several times and until now, I've been satisfied with the service (which is why I gave two stars), but this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I brought my car in for a service (the warning light was on). They called me back in the afternoon to inform me of a significant leak in the water pump (I didn't notice any traces of coolant on the ground at home, but not being a professional, I decided to trust them). I decided to have the repair done in addition to the timing belt kit (a common procedure for the leak), and it was due in a few kilometers. I picked up my car after paying the hefty bill of €1700 (for a Dacia, that's quite steep), and then, as soon as I started the car, the engine warning light came on... So I went back to the reception desk for further assistance. Later that day, I was informed that it was a disconnected connector (I'm a bit handy, and modern connectors are reliable and not prone to this kind of problem). Between the leak and this poorly reconnected connector, my confidence has plummeted, especially since I recently noticed that the oil change hadn't been done. I had gone in for a service (which included an oil change...). In short, I'll never set foot in that place again.

I had an emergency stop for my car when it broke down on the road to Montauban. Jean Paul, the owner, immediately carried out a diagnostic check and took care of getting my car into the workshop as a priority, fully understanding that it was an emergency. A big thank you to Julien, the mechanic, who kindly checked all my fluid levels and tire pressure! In an exceptional move, I was only charged for one hour of labor, as the repair took a little longer than expected. So now I come here for regular maintenance, not only for the price but also to be sure I don't have to replace unnecessary parts... a welcoming and trustworthy garage, a rare find these days.

Avoid a garage if you don't have a Renault vehicle. The car was brought in after a breakdown, and the vehicle was kept for a week, with parts replaced at a high cost of over €400. When I picked up the vehicle 100 meters later, the same breakdown. I had my vehicle towed to another garage, which repaired the fault in two days for a fee of €130. So I don't recommend this garage. Look for smaller garages that really look for the fault before replacing anything.

It doesn't get any worse than this! They refused to repair my flat tire. I arrived with my two daughters, one of whom is a baby, for a flat tire repair, and I took precautions by photographing the rims because many times mechanics have damaged them, and yet they refused to repair it! These people don't want to work! If they were confident in their work, the photo wouldn't bother them!

Following a breakdown (electric parking brake), the vehicle was taken care of quickly, the service was excellent, and a quote was provided promptly due to the urgent professional need, despite significant additional wear (front and rear brake discs). Excellent value for money, plus the garage is open on Saturdays.
