1 star because I can't give it less!
Our car was with you for almost a month and a half, and at this point, if we hadn't used the warranty to change dealers, you'd still be looking for the fault! It was supposedly impossible for you to have it checked out.
Shame on you, Mr. Daumal, for not bothering to contact your customer in this predicament; you didn't offer any solutions. Shame on your incompetent team!
It only took 2 days at the other dealership (which, by the way, isn't a brand) for our vehicle to be diagnosed, repaired, and returned!
We'll remember you even if we'd much rather forget you!

I was experiencing a vibration problem with my vehicle when stationary, so I stopped by this dealership on a whim. I received excellent service, and the manager took the time to examine my vehicle, explaining the cause of the problem. I highly recommend this establishment.

A top garage, the whole team is attentive and kind.... Although my vehicle was taken to them for assistance, the only regret is not having purchased a vehicle from them.

They charged the tow truck driver storage fees that they hadn't previously mentioned, and then assured us on the phone that they had.
They announced a rear axle inspection even though the car has a head gasket problem (the car passed its MOT two months ago with a valid inspection). Absurd.
That's why I decided to have my vehicle removed from there.
