Nicolas de Montesson responded quickly and efficiently; he was very kind and friendly. The breakdown service arrived 10 minutes after we contacted the insurance company and took us to a nearby garage.

The mechanic was incredibly rude and unpleasant, gave no information, was on his phone during the entire process, and on top of that, was late.
He was supposed to take our car to the nearest garage, 15 km away…
Avoid this company, or at least the man who came to work on our car!
