A disastrous and outrageous experience with this garage. We had a major technical problem with a Peugeot vehicle purchased from this dealership. My son's car broke down in the middle of a roundabout in Pacé at 6 PM in early November due to a mechanical failure. He could have died at the wheel because of this problem (the front suspension arm was broken without any impact), but the garage's response was: "That's not our problem, it's none of our business." He could have been in the hospital if this had happened on the highway. Their response was: "I don't care about your problem." Even under stress, you don't treat people this way. I am currently filing a complaint with Peugeot France. I have no further contact with this garage.

Old-fashioned garage with a boss (?) grumbling about Peugeot in his corner (it's awful to do a job you don't like), tobacco smoke everywhere, a multicolored loaner car (a 306) with a rearview mirror held on with tape (yes, it's a Peugeot garage) and loaned with an empty tank and no inspection done (that's a bonus for returning it...). If you're the only customer at reception, you'll experience a moment of solitude: you're simply ignored, no "hello," no "please wait," nothing... In short, a farce worth seeing urgently for the price of a repair. Competence: limited Friendliness: depends... Service: depends...

Useless boss, just like all the others... I show up at 8 AM, but apparently Mr. and Mrs. are only there for coffee... so, they tell me they can serve me from 8:30 AM... I get an apprentice who tells me they're out of oil and more, except I'm already at the maximum level... so, well... keep walking... 🤞🏻

Following a key detection failure on my brand new 2024 Peugeot 308 GT, Peugeot France asked me to make an appointment at a dealership for a diagnostic check to see if a part needed replacing. The reception was bizarre and arrogant, with misunderstandings about the problem, which ultimately resulted in the diagnostic not being performed because the dealership didn't have the necessary equipment. And, I quote: "I'm not going to buy that device just to please Mr. Peugeot." I almost never leave reviews on Google or elsewhere, but believe me, avoid this garage at all costs.

I was taken care of for a timing belt change on my 308 1.2L Puretech. We waited almost two months for the replacement due to supply issues (no stock despite it being a common part). So the vehicle was immobilized during this period, and there was no loaner vehicle available in the meantime. During this time, I received no news from the garage. The garage also refused to give me a quote for the other work, saying, "We'll give you the price verbally." Finally, I wasn't taken very seriously when I checked in.
