We were towed from the highway on a bank holiday and fortunately were kindly allowed to stay on the property and provided with access to a (clean) bathroom. Even though their communication in English is not their strongest point, we’ve been treated kindly and our campervan was first in line to be looked at and they’ve thoroughly investigated the problem and eventually found it and helped us back on the road. Price vs time invested is very reasonable. We would rate this (camping) garage highly ;)
However, hopefully not au bientôt :)

We had a breakdown with our campervan in Friday afternoon before a week with two vacation days. The guy made the impossible to order the parts needed to repair the van to be delivered on Monday. Then they left us to stay parked with the van on the garage, they left the toilets opened 24 hours, even on Sunday, provide us with water for the van, also offered us electricity. On Monday, as he said the parts were there, he made the replacements, several tests, also repaired a part which he didn't see broken at the beginning. We have been there with our almost 2 years old son running and playing all day long. There were also toys for him to play, the lady propose us to stay in there, because is warmer. He was playing loudly all the time, she was smiling and say nothing to this. The guys worked after their working hours. I don't know prices comparing with other garages in France and he showed us an offer on Friday and we paid exact the same price on Monday when the van was ready! And the fact they repaired our van as quick as possible (the garage next to it, they said on next Friday maybe ...), they left us to stay in our van (the village has only one hotel - no train and/or bus) and they were kind to offer us water, electricity and toilets. Great! Thank you! We are at home now : ) (1900 km far away) Merci beaucoup!

Thank you for the incredibly fast help on the holiday. Our camper was quickly pulled out of the deep, soggy ground of the pitch by the friendly gentleman. That was an unbelievable relief.

Extremely unpleasant and dismissive staff.
After changing a spare tire ourselves, we couldn't get the carrier back on because the retaining clip was bent. Seeing a nearby garage, we went in to politely ask for help, or at least if they could lend us a pair of pliers to do it ourselves.
The mechanic's response was: "I'm not a magician."
Such contempt for customers is unacceptable. Fortunately, we managed to keep our cool. The person who looks like Mickaël Youn would do well to change their attitude towards customers.
However, I must have been a wizard worthy of Hogwarts, because in five minutes, simply by buying a pair of pliers, we fixed the problem ourselves.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
