Following a warning light issue on my 2018 Citroën Cactus, Garage Paille saw me very quickly for a diagnosis. They found the fault in seconds and immediately ordered the part, which arrived within two hours and was promptly replaced. Pressed for time (like everyone else), this is exactly what you could ask for from a responsive and competent garage.
Beyond the free diagnosis they provided, I paid even less than the estimates from other garages I had previously consulted for the same problem, who, unfortunately, couldn't help me as they weren't Citroën dealerships. The head mechanic was very professional and attentive, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the receptionist was lovely and extremely competent.

We had a major problem with our vehicle at the start of our holiday with our children. We had to make an emergency stop at a garage to repair our car after a botched job by a mechanic in Indre-et-Loire. Garage Paille repaired our vehicle with clear explanations.
