They've helped with several breakdowns: flat tire, headlight problems... No appointment necessary, which is very convenient. They help as much as possible, which is much appreciated.
Quick appointments, advice, quotes—everything is professional. They know their customers well and take care of them, just like they take care of their cars :) I've been a customer for 10 years and I won't change.

Above all, do not disturb the person at reception because they do not provide information to the customer. Asking for the price of a part, the response is "I don't have time." This is shameful for a company like yours! Requesting a quote for a mechanical repair - no response from you.

A blatant lack of professionalism on the part of the manager. He couldn't give us a delivery date for a DPF (over a month's wait). When we told him it was a problem, he got angry and said that if the DPF was in that state, it was our fault… When we asked if it was possible to get a loaner car, he replied: we're not a rental agency here… In short, we took our car to another garage.

It is good to realize this on the day of the operation by replying to me that he could not know at the limit of my fault. Indeed reading a registration document is sometimes more complicated than it seems. No solution offered, just deal with your tires. I specify that it is a Peugeot vehicle with original rims. A cruel lack of seriousness and professionalism with as a gift 15 days lost, first and last time with you!
