Avoid at all costs!!!!! Took my car to the garage with several issues noted during the vehicle inspection, requesting that the major defects be repaired. Not all the defects were fully fixed, and some parts were replaced that shouldn't have been. Back for the inspection, another failed inspection. Mr. Fay's explanation was completely unfounded, and I didn't look any further than that! As expected! I took it back for repairs after explaining what I wanted. The repair was quick, admittedly, but apparently too quick! Another inspection, another failed inspection because the welds weren't in the right place and didn't seal the exhaust pipe. The quality and service are simply not up to scratch and no longer live up to the rating given by the previous owners, the Leroy family, who truly deserved it!

I went to the garage for my broken down car. The reception was unpleasant and they couldn't give me a date to determine the cause of the breakdown... nice! Anyway, I went elsewhere and got my diagnosis the same day, established in 5 minutes.

Our car broke down at noon: a radiator leak. The garage team did everything they could to get the radiator replaced very quickly. The car was repaired by noon the next day. The management and staff were very friendly. Thank you again to them for their work.

As for professionalism, we'll pass. The worst after-sales service I've ever seen, and yet I've seen many garages. Working in a truck dealership myself, with such behavior, we would either have no more customers, or I would have had to find another job. In short, avoid it, and follow their advice: go to another dealership!

Window closing problem (all 4 windows are open, no heating or interior lighting), aggressively dismissed by the mechanic, I need to make an appointment (not for several days) even though I asked him to simply check the fuse that controls these accessories. No diagram available for the location of this fuse. In short, you have to drive with the windows open and help yourself inside, it's free. I've never been treated like this at any car dealership. A disgrace. That same morning, at another garage, the faulty fuse was replaced (2 minutes 35 seconds) because the fuse box diagram didn't match the one in the manual.
