I would like to thank Mr. Pauchard and his entire team again for the extremely quick handling of my vehicle, which was vandalized during the night of Tuesday to Wednesday. A reassuring welcome, an almost immediate order of parts so that my C3 could be taken care of as soon as the insurance company gave the green light, careful work, I even got the car back cleaned. I don't know the secretary's first name, but she is a treasure of kindness and she does everything to accommodate us, just like Mr. Pauchard.
I will be able to continue my vacation with my grandchildren with peace of mind, which was very compromised.
I really recommend it.

Following a disappointing experience after more than six and a half years of loyalty, I feel compelled to warn against the services of this garage. They refused to work on my vehicle's air conditioning, offering me an exorbitant quote of €5,000 without even consulting an automotive air conditioning specialist. This categorical refusal, with no attempt to find a suitable solution for a long-standing customer, demonstrates a lack of expertise and resources for this type of repair. I therefore opted for another garage, where the repair cost was half that. This experience is a profound disappointment after all these years of trust. A garage that treats its regular customers this way does not deserve to be recommended. I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable service against entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. Furthermore, the manager behaved inappropriately towards me on the phone in May 2025 and November 2025, following the publication of a negative review on the Signal Conso website and Google, repeatedly leaving me to fend for myself. I will not be going there again in the future.

Extremely disappointed after more than 8 years of loyalty.
They completely refused to take responsibility for an excessive engine oil consumption problem. Instead of any support or attempt to find a solution, I received a flat refusal (go elsewhere) with absolutely no willingness to maintain the service of a long-standing customer. This is a huge disappointment after all these years of trust. A garage that treats its regular customers this way does not deserve to be recommended.
I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable service against entrusting their vehicle to this establishment.
