Overselling unnecessary items. You go for an oil change and if you listen to them, you would end up paying 1000 euros in extra work that is not needed. I feel bad for people not versed in automotive work and who end up being abused.

I dropped off my car for a service and recieved a call 20 minutes later saying that my car's engine was missing 3L of oil (yes it was still running fine, no warning light or anything). The head of the centre explained that because of this they added oil but could not do the actual service and that I should bring it back after driving 100km. Casually mentioned that the timing belt was cracked and needed replaced. Still charged me full price. When I phoned back saying that oil level was fine after a the aghreed distance, I spoke with someone who was absolutely clueless about why the car was not serviced in the first place and put the centre head through. The story was now that the service could not be completed because of the timing belt needing changed. I went to another garage who confirmed that the timing belt was fine, although it needed replaced before end of year to comply with constructor's recommendation and the service could be done. My conclusion: Feu Vert Près d'Arènes is at best a bunch of incompetent chaps, at worse... Well, I let you decide... In any case don't go there.

During a summer trip driving through France (family with kids and all the summer luggage), I had a flat tire. As it was on Saturday during August, all the workshops had a full agenda and none of them would accept my car (got rejected by 3 workshops!). The manager of Feu Vert Montpellier South Center not only "pushed" the time slots to be able to attend my car urgently, but he also found a way to repair my flat tire as there was none available in stock with the right dimensions. I could continue my journey with my complete family thanks to that repaired tire without any major delay.

The only garage that was willing to help us when our motorhome broke down in Montpellier! Very friendly staff, tried to communicate with us despite our limited understanding of the French language, where other garages turned us down. Fixed our problem in 20min, well into their lunch hour, because they saw we needed help. 5 stars!

Good place to repair your car. Need to reserve first, I suggest via the web.
Mechanics very competent and sometimes will take their time to explain the repair and car situation.
