I should have read the reviews before going to this garage. Very disappointed. Completely unprofessional; it seems like they only care about making money. Avoid at all costs.
I find your response inappropriate, particularly the phrase "we are not a charity" and "Thank you for continuing to avoid us," which have no place in a professional exchange with a client.
My opinion concerns my overall experience and how I was treated, not whether or not I paid for the service. Unfortunately, the tone of your response confirms my initial impression.

A loyal customer for over six years, with several technical inspections and vehicle work, I was always satisfied until recently.
My vehicle didn't pass the technical inspection, which can happen. I chose to have the repairs done directly at the garage to save time, avoid getting additional quotes, and avoid additional garage appointments: I did it all in one go (despite the cost seeming high, but which I accepted). I even took the opportunity to have the car reworked.
The problem: the garage forgot to do a follow-up inspection after the repairs. I realized this myself when I checked the sticker. (They sent me on my way without realizing it - I had even made an appointment for that).
Result: I had to come back the next morning, without a real apology or goodwill gesture, despite the large bill and my loyalty.
In the end, just a quick "sorry," nothing more.
Very disappointed with this change in service and consideration. This garage was my trusted address that I recommended, but that is no longer the case today.
