We had a problem with one of our cars. The quote was €7300, so I took the car back (they asked me to sign a waiver because apparently it was dangerous to drive). Another garage eventually did the repairs for €3500 and assured me there was no danger.
Today, another car has a problem (engine warning light). I called the garage urgently because we need the car to get to our driving test. I asked over the phone if they could run a diagnostic check and if I could leave the car there if necessary, as I suspected half a day wouldn't be enough for the diagnosis and repair. They said yes, and that I could come at 2 PM. I did, and I arrived at 2:05 PM. Then they told me, "Oh, well, no, I can't run the diagnostic check this afternoon!" I want to point out that we bought nine brand new 208s and this is how we're thanked and treated. We'll never go to that garage again.
