The absolute worst service. I had a flat tire and called my AA service, and told them what make and model car and tires I need. They called Garage Thomas and I have been waiting for over almost three hours after which the guy showed up telling me he drove around looking for me for an hour. Who does that? I gave the exact address in front of a shop! He could have just called the AA if he can't find me. I suppose he just was not in the mood. Then he said he was not going to help me because he did not have the right tire for my car. He said I gave up the wrong tire make and model. But he did not even look at my car or my tires and I could see he had brought no tires with him. I am absolutely furious at the audacity of this garage! He just wanted to strike up the money from the AA but do no service. Never, ever bring your car there and avoid having to deal with them.

I would like to thank the manager, Stéphane, and his team for their responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism. My Alfa Romeo broke down, and the roadside assistance went very smoothly. Since I'm not from the area, with the manager's help, we tried contacting nearby Alfa Romeo garages, but none had any availability for at least six weeks. However, even though it's a Renault garage, the manager offered to look at the vehicle and repair it if possible. They did so brilliantly.

The Christmas Miracle
On December 24th at 1:30 PM, while stopped in the Paris region after a drive from Marseille, our car broke down in the middle of a field. Total panic for my husband, our two children, and me.
Two kilometers away was Thomas Garage. At first, they told us no one could help us. Then, just before we were due to leave, a gentleman came out and refused to let us leave like that, on Christmas Eve.
He and his colleague spent 30 minutes working on the car: diagnosis, repair, advice… and all of it free of charge.
Thank you, gentlemen, for your kindness and your Christmas spirit. We will never forget you.

My Laguna broke down near the garage. I dropped it off the same day (Monday) and picked it up on Thursday, repaired right in the middle of the school holidays. I highly recommend this garage. I'm very satisfied; thank you to the whole team. I'll definitely be back.

Repairs carried out professionally today. I thank the manager for his advice and kindness. These moments are never pleasant, but they become more bearable when you are taken care of by efficient and reassuring professionals 👌🏽
