A reliable, efficient, experienced, and very friendly family team, technicians who are passionate about their work, and an ultra-professional manager. This garage runs wonderfully, appointments are made well in advance, and therefore, you have to wait... but this garage is my car's family doctor, and that's why I wait my turn, without grumbling.

A very disappointing experience for what was supposed to be a critical repair. I called to explain the problem, and the receptionist cut me off. The reception on the day of the appointment was icy. My vehicle was taken to this garage for the replacement of the driver's side airbag, as part of the Takata recall campaign (a defect that could lead to death). I'm not sure it was actually done; the mechanic did it quickly in the street. As a result, a message saying "airbag and/or seatbelt pretensioner fault" has been appearing regularly since the repair. I contacted the garage again, and they told me that a diagnosis wouldn't be possible before September and wouldn't be covered under warranty. In other words: a potentially dangerous defect remains, and the customer has to wait two months without any guarantee of safety, without a mobility solution, and without full coverage. For an authorized Citroën garage, this is unacceptable. No reassurance, no responsiveness. I strongly advise against going there.

Appointment booked through the Citroën platform, with confirmation received by email at 5 PM. We arrived at the garage and were greeted coldly: "Do you think we work nights? We close in less than an hour." I showed them my appointment confirmation, and they replied, "Oh, well, I saw the email but I didn't reply. The problem is bodywork, so we don't do that here." I pointed out that I hadn't received any cancellation email from Citroën after confirming my appointment, with the garage copied in. They then replied, "I don't have time to check if the website is up to date." A wasted trip, unpleasant staff. Misunderstandings can happen, but there's a way to speak to and treat customers properly. Avoid at all costs.

I went there as part of a recall campaign, because it was the garage with the shortest turnaround time in my area. My car was repaired quickly, and I had no trouble parking. I'm satisfied with my visit.

Avoid this garage at all costs!!! I dropped off my C4 Picasso for a service that cost me more than the one I just had done, and the result was appalling. The car downshifts on its own after shifting into 5th gear, and a persistent noise has also appeared since the "service." Instead, go to the Sacam garage in Noisy-le-Sec, which is part of the Citroën network.
