A brief moment of panic on Friday at 7:30 PM when my car, which I bought about two months ago, wouldn't start because the key wasn't being detected. My call was transferred to an employee (I learned there's a 24-hour on-call service!) who went back to the garage and remotely guided me to position the key correctly so it would reconnect. It turned out the battery needed replacing...it must not have survived the heat. Thanks to the person whose name I forgot to ask!

Purchased a vehicle remotely. The key words were professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability (they even picked me up at the metro station in Rennes). The vehicle matches the description; all that's missing are the final paperwork, which should arrive in the coming months.
