I haven't seen customer service and human service of this level in years. Honestly, I thank you: simple, clear, frank, direct, efficient. When someone calls you, you answer. A customer service that we should be inspired by. What if we stopped standardizing everything and returned to the roots of local customer service? Thank you a thousand times!!!

Very disappointed. I brought my truck in for an inspection, and it came out with damage to the bodywork and a broken rear light. He had taped it to me with transparent tape and, what's more, wouldn't admit to the damage.
