I came to browse the used car lot and discovered Lynk & Co with the 01 model on display, which was within my budget. The salesman, Sacha, came to show me the car and offered me a test drive. Delighted with my discovery, he took the time to provide me with thorough information and address my concerns, particularly regarding color choices. He even managed to bring back a car that perfectly matched my requirements so I could see and test drive it. The entire process was perfect. A truly excellent dealership with a team that was incredibly attentive and professional, right up to the car delivery after the purchase. I've recommended this dealership to several friends and acquaintances since my purchase, and they've also discovered the brand.

For my XC40's service, I just had a complete overhaul done at a very reasonable price, compared to the competition, having previously owned German and Stelentis vehicles.
The service was very friendly, the quote and invoice matched the quoted price, and the service was impeccable. The vehicle was picked up vacuumed and washed on the exterior, practically like new. I highly recommend the Volvo brand and this dealership in La Roche-sur-Yon.

Appointment confirmed with the sales representative for a used vehicle the next day. He called to inform me that his colleague had sold the vehicle. It was a good idea, but it was way too late when the call came 5 minutes before the appointment. An hour and 40 minutes of driving for nothing! And another hour and 40 minutes to get home! Luckily, gas and tolls aren't expensive...

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership after trading in my old one. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by the salesperson, who was able to explain how it worked and even asked me after a day of use if the vehicle met my expectations.

I've dealt with other Volvo dealerships before, and this one is top-notch. The customer is really well received.
