Excellent service. I had a flat tyre with my old Citroen passing through Auvergne and nobody would accept the car until Cognet came to the rescue. They sorted a new rim and tyre for me and helped me organize the pickup, all while being incredibly helpful and constructive. Big thanks!

I came to this garage for car information about the new 3008, finally I got no hello or salesman in sight the dealership seemed empty to me.. so I decided to go towards the vehicles on display and I still saw no one, so I went towards the offices and I saw 4 salesmen sitting in a circle with a coffee and one of them looked at me with a nod of hello. So I went to see them and asked if it was possible to have advice on the vehicles. The salesman replied by text "Come back later we are going to be closed" it was 11:15 the garage closes at 12:00 so 45 min to inquire about a vehicle. I left and in a goodbye or whatever really to avoid

I bought my vehicle here and I don't regret my choice. The welcome is professional and the sales team offers good advice without being pushy. As for maintenance, the after-sales service is just as reliable: deadlines are met and the work is meticulous. It's reassuring to have quality support after the purchase.
