1 star because I can't give less. We dropped off a vehicle for a fault finding. The vehicle stayed with them for 2 and a half months and then they finally told us to come and collect it because we asked where the vehicle was and they didn't like it. 2 and a half months and just one trip to the suitcase. A real bunch of incompetent and good-for-nothing people. Mechanic in my opinion, no, just a bunch of charlatans. Garage to be avoided absolutely.

Very friendly, perhaps too friendly! They've been servicing our cars for a long time, they make a mistake during a service and charge us for it, but we remain customers nonetheless because of the convenience. We take our vehicle in for excessive coolant consumption, they charge us €1500 for repairs, yet the vehicle is out of commission 4 months later for the same problem! Refund offered, then denied... in short, they admit the fault, then refuse to admit it. Ultimately, avoid them because they're too smooth-talking and lack professionalism. The case is still ongoing because they're dishonest.

Terrible reception. Deadlines not met. I've made a point of having my Renault serviced by the dealership for 25 years. I'm going to reconsider all of this.
