One positive aspect of the service was that the invoice amount, as determined by the insurance assessment, was respected and no higher than expected. However, the loaner vehicle, a first-generation Clio Phase 1, isn't ideal in terms of comfort, etc., especially in 2025. A little effort in that regard would be appreciated.
