We are very disappointed. Car taken in for service A. We reported fluid loss, a 10L container in about 6 months, no loss in winter. We were told they had pressurized our vehicle, no leaks were found... they told us it was an internal leak or the beginnings of a cylinder head gasket. We checked for ourselves and noticed a leak near the radiator with a simple light... cracked radiator. The repairs were done elsewhere. A leaking cylinder head cover gasket was also not noticed by you. What did you check during this famous service? Not much at first glance... Yet, it wasn't for lack of guidance. In short, not very professional and not really attentive. From now on, we will go elsewhere.

My husband and I have been customers for years at this garage to service our two vehicles. To date, we have been very disappointed. Following a high bill at the end of March 2025, my husband dropped off my vehicle for a service and asked to check the air conditioning because it no longer worked. Was it checked or not? Without even notifying us of the cost of a €190 gas refill, this action was carried out and added to the invoice. We paid the bill without complaint, only to find out two and a half months later that it was not working. Having picked up my vehicle at the end of March, given the weather, I did not use the air conditioning straight away and trusted this garage. Three weeks ago, during the last heatwave, I tried to turn on my air conditioning, and it was blowing hot air. I went back to the mechanic to explain the problem, and to my "surprise," I heard him say: "It's definitely your compressor that's dead." Deduction: I paid €190 for an air conditioning refill for nothing. No compassion or understanding from the mechanic toward us, who have been customers for several years. Very disappointed. He can tear up our contracts because he won't see us again. Goodbye, sir, and forever! 😡

More than two weeks to get a quote... 4 injectors to replace, €1,800... We pick up the car and take it to another garage, €150 to repair the dirty parts. Did you say weird...

Two-year service visit: €220 oil change package. Dropped off at 8:30 a.m., I called at 5 p.m. to see if it was ready. It obviously had been for a while, and returned it with floor mats and pedals with savage footprints. Don't they put protection at Renault? It was very different last year. Don't treat customers like credit cards; service isn't an option.

This garage has changed a lot. I took my car in for a service that lasted a month. It was inspected. I had to bring it back two more times, but it came back with the passenger side flooded. Shameful, considering the rating. I don't recommend this garage.
