I'm giving it one star because I can't give less. After requesting service from Renault's customer relations department for a repair estimated at €2,000, I not only received a flat refusal from a woman at the "reception" desk (who turned out to be the owner's wife), justifying her decision by saying she didn't have time to waste, but she also sent me an email whose content (I can read between the lines) was contemptuous and disrespectful to the customer. Avoid this establishment; don't hesitate to drive 40 km to find a Renault garage that respects its customers.

Friendly and welcoming staff, quick repair quote, and the repairs were completed on time. A top-notch garage, truly passionate professionals who give excellent advice. Go there without hesitation.

Excellent customer service! Always attentive despite the ordeal we went through! It took four and a half months to get the parts! Our patience was sorely tested. Everything is perfectly fine with this garage and the people who run it... what happens next is up to me... I'm meeting with my lawyer soon.

Extremely attentive people, who helped me out twice very efficiently. My car radio wouldn't turn off anymore. The mechanic disconnected the battery, then reprogrammed my car radio....without asking for payment. A mechanic like we would all like to have near our home. And with a smile! I recommend!
